If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at milanrae457@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.
For eligible returns, items should be:

- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without the required information may not qualify for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
